A $30.00 Application fee is assessed to all applicants before consideration. Upon approval a $5.00 member fee will also be assessed.

All persons, entities, or organizations selling their products at the Freight House Farmer’s Market need to be approved by the Freight House Farmers' Market Staff.

Applicants are required to submit an application, agree to the registration form, indemnity agreements, and provide proper permits prior to vending at the Market.

Applicants must ensure that their application is complete. This includes accurate product lists, descriptions, product photos, updated contact information, updated licenses, etc. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

The selection of vendors is at the sole discretion of Freight House Farmers' Market Staff and Board of Directors.

If selected to be a merchant at the Freight House Farmers' Market, vendors must also provide proof of permits and insurance (if required), pay all fees required in a timely manner, and acknowledge receipt and compliance with the Freight House Farmers' Market Handbook.

All applicants must submit a completed application, proof of insurance, and any other required documentation per state and federal law by the deadline listed on this application form to be considered for space assignments. Space assignments are determined by the mapping committee, sanctioned by the Board Chairperson, and subject to change.

Fee Schedule

Saturday | Full Season | $325.00 per space

Saturday | Drop in/Daily | $35.00 per space per day

Sunday | Full Season | $175.00 per space

Sunday | Drop in/Daily | $35.00 per space per day

Wednesday | Full Season | $175.00 per space

Wednesday | Drop in/Daily | $35.00 per space per day

All fees are nonrefundable and drop in rates do not incur a specific cap.
